Villa with 80m2, located on the secure Domaine des Pins d’Or near one of the most beautiful beaches in the Landes, ideal for lovely walks or bike rides.

Both sides of the house have outdoor wooden terraces, fully equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a plancha grill.

The ground floor consists of a large room with kitchen and living room with pull-out sofa, toilet and shower room.

A bedroom equipped with a 140 cm rapido sofa bed opening onto a terrace with a view of the forest and a bioclimatic pergola.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and balcony and another with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom with toilet.

Air conditioning on the ground floor and upstairs.

Garage with washing machine and dryer.

On the estate, shared heated swimming pool in season from May to October, as well as a spa area for you to relax (February to November).

Tennis – ping-pong – bowling alleys and children’s play area available.

Direct access to cycle path.
